1. Are you a factory or trading Company?
We are a factory and accept OEM orders. We can manufacture all kinds of office seating products according to your requirements.
2. What colors do you have available?
All international RAL colors can be selected. We can share photos of color cards for you to select your preferred shade, or provide images of previously manufactured items in various colors to help you choose.
3. How can I place an order?
Simply send us an inquiry detailing your request. We will provide a price quote based on your requirements. Once the unit price, order specifications, payment terms, and delivery terms are verified, we will generate a proforma invoice for payment. Sample orders are also accepted.
4. What are the sample times and charges?
The sample is priced similarly to bulk orders. Delivery time for samples is generally 3 to 5 days after receiving the sample payment.
5. Can you manufacture products according to specific quality requirements?
Yes, as a custom mesh chair manufacturer with fully equipped factory machinery, we can build custom furniture styles to meet high-quality standards. Before producing final mockups, we provide veneer, fabric, and steel samples for verification and approval.
6. What are your trade and payment terms?
We accept trade terms like EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, and DDP. Payments can be processed via TT or LC. For product mockups, 100% advance payment is required. For mass production orders, the standard term is a 70% deposit before production and a 30% balance payment prior to loading (negotiable).
