The shelving is controlled by a hand wheel equipped with a bi-directional overrunning clutch handle structure and roller bearings. It features a soft start and soft stop mechanism for smooth and effortless sliding.
Each column is equipped with an individual braking device, a security access control lock, a tilt-preventing device, a magnetic shock-proof seal (20mm), and roof-level dust guards and base-level rat guards.
The steel parts undergo a complete preprocessing stage of Zn-phosphorization (meeting USA standards), followed by a high-pressure electrostatic spray of epoxy polyester mixed powder coating, preventing paint loss and rusting over time.
