Q: What is your delivery date?
A: It depends on the order quantity. Normally, it is 15-35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all the details.
Q: What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A: Usually, a T/T 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipping.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ depends on the different size, item, design, and process. A 300pcs MOQ is accepted for some normal products to help reduce your pressure on the order.
Q: What is your after-sales service?
A: All products enjoy a one-year quality assurance. If there is a quality problem, unconditional and free spare parts will be provided in the next order.
