At first, the price we quote are all wholesale price. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.

How about the wholesale price?
The price depends on the item your demand (Shape, size, quantity). Exact quotation would be offered after your full descriptions of the item you want.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is our priority, Always a pre-production sample before mass production and every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are welcome to check the products before shipping.

How about the packing details?
To better ensure the safety of your goods, professional, environmentally friendly, convenient and efficient packaging services will be provided. Each parts packing in one good quality carton boxes. We also always put more spare parts for you in the order.

What's your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yes, the sample order is acceptable. MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW term, and 20'GP base on FOB term, mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.

What if I have my own design for the project? Can you customize it?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as customize our own designs to suit the needs of our clients. We can customize the product's size, upholstery material, and metal or wooden frame, we have the R&D department and are happy to turn your inspiration into reality.
