How do we start the wardrobe design plans?
First, if you already have Wardrobes design plans, you can send it to us. If you don't have Wardrobes design plans, you can tell us your room size and shape, floor to ceiling height, window & wall location, wardrobe appliance size if you have, we will make a design for you.
What are the wardrobes materials options?
We have many wardrobes material, hardware, door style, countertop, toekick, packing for customers' options.
How do I get a quotation and sign the contract?
After materials confirmed, we will make a quotation for you. If we need an agreement, we will sign a contract.
What are the payment and production terms?
When we receive your deposit payments, we will start making your Wardrobes.
How is the delivery of the wardrobes arranged?
We will arrange shipments and send the Wardrobes directly to you.
What after-sales and installation support do you offer?
If you have any question about how to install Wardrobes, we will instruct step by step until installation succeeds. Or if anything is broken in the delivery, you can take a photo to us, we will make a new part for you for free.
